The Software Support Analyst at Boston Globe Media Partners is a key team member on the Business Applications and Production team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of applications from departments across the company including sale, circulation, and print production. You should be able to work in a project based environment, independently and together with others on the team and be willing to work as part of an on-call rotation.
