View All Jobs Project Manager

The project manager is responsible for planning, managing and leading projects from ideation phase through to completion. In this role, you will manage the full scope of projects and be responsible for communicating with key stakeholders on progress and when assistance is needed. 

Past and current projects that would benefit from a strong project manager include Boston Helps, Back To Boston, and the Cocktail Club.

The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years project management experience running results-orientated projects.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Report and escalate problems to teammates and/or stakeholders as needed
  • Create project plans and track progress across multiple discipline areas
  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables from internal and external partners
  • Create and maintain performance metrics for the length of the project
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of the project
  • Work with management and finance team to ensure compliance with project budgets
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-past and evolving environment
  • Ability to manage up through the organizational hierarchy
  • Feels comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to change
  • Fluency with JIRA or other Product/Project management systems
